ADMIN/FINANCE OFFICER

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Admin/Finance Officer or similar role

  • Knowledge of computerized accounting, but must be able to do a manual set of books

  • Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs

  • Knowledge of financial regulations

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills

  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Business Management

  • Professional qualification as a CPA is considered a plus

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English

  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism

  • Strong attention to detail (detail-oriented)

  • Experienced in Bookkeeping  including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports

       

LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKERS

Requirements

  • At least 1 year working experience as a real estate broker

  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively

  • Outstanding people skills and negotiation skills

  • Trustworthy and results-driven

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

  • Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker

We are looking for qualified Real Estate Brokers to serve as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers. You will assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale and offer advice to interested buyers. The goal is to forward and secure a mutually satisfactory agreement.
